  • "Kayla was such a joy to work with! I never wanted our sessions to end. Her sessions left me feeling empowered and equipped with tools and resources for times of need. She took time to understand my feelings and approached every problem with such grace. The homework she gave me was super beneficial in helping me discover what I can accomplish. I highly recommend Kayla to any young adult navigating a critical time in life with big decisions to make."

    Savannah Turner

  • "Kayla is an absolute GEM of a coach. She is the ultimate hype girl, but so great at helping your break down your roadblocks and find what you really need in life. She heard my jumbled thoughts, then put them into understandable feelings and emotions so that I could sort through them. I'm so so glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone and did coaching, because Kayla was so wonderful! I would absolutely recommend meeting with her to anyone!"

    Lindsey Hargett

  • "My experience being coached by Kayla was nothing short of wonderful. She was attentive, validating, and sincere. Kayla often sent me resources after our sessions so I could continue my growth even when we weren’t meeting. It felt as though I had “aha moments” every time we met. I would highly recommend Kayla to those looking for personal and spiritual development!"

    Abby Booth

  • "Coaching with Kayla has been a pleasure. She is attentive and curious, asking powerful questions that helped explore the different topics we worked on and create a greater understanding. Many insights have been made through our coaching sessions together and I feel more empowered to come up with my own solutions. Highly recommend. Her one on one coaching is amazing. Thank you Kayla!"

    Janice Wong

  • "I loved working with Kayla and really found it helpful to work and talk through different topics. I am a verbal processor and found the questions and guidance helpful to be introspective and got me to think. I also really liked the action steps we made at the end of each session that kept me accountable to complete the goals I set with her. 10/10 would recommend!"

    Nicole Gregerson

  • "Kayla was amazing! Going to her has changed my marriage! We’ve always struggled to communicate clearly and she gave us non violent communication technique and we’ve been able to communicate and enjoy our relationship much more now! We didn’t know how harsh we used to talk to each-other and how it had effected us, until she basically called us out (in a kind way) and gave us a different way to go about it! We set some goals with her and we’ve been able to accomplish them and stick to them! We’re doing much better after just 4 meetings! She is so sweet, and understanding. Kayla makes sure both people are resolving issues in the relationship."

    Bailey Andre

  • "Been working with her for a while. Profesional yet easy to connect and talk to. Warm and welcoming. She is a safe person to be around."

    Alex Jones

  • "Kayla is a wonderful coach. She pays attention to details and is a great listener. She helps me think deeper and solve the problems that pop up in my life. I highly recommend Kayla to anyone!"

    Tasha Fischer

  • "Kayla calls it like it is, but in the most caring way possible. One topic immediately comes to mind where she commented on a personality trait of mine; I immediately rejected her reality and substituted my own, only to circle back around to agreeing with her. It became a defining topic of our coaching sessions and has really opened my eyes to ways that I can become better! I know I would not have accepted such self-discovery without having someone like Kayla who is willing to broach the subject while giving me the space to feel seen and accept it myself."

What you miiight be wondering…

  • Kind of, but not exactly. I've had my fair share of therapy adventures—I'm practically a therapy pro! Here's how coaching differs and what you can expect when working with me.

You're in Charge: It's your coaching journey. You set the goals, steer the ship, and I'm here to lend expertise and nudges when needed.

Looking Forward: We tackle the past to power up your present and future. It's forward-focused, all about action and progress right now.

Package Power: Coaching comes in packages for a reason—it keeps you on track and moving forward. No one-session wonders here!

Evidence Matters: Unlike therapy, coaching is not a regulated industry yet. Fortunately, I've got multiple coaching qualifications and a research and social science background. That means I incorporate trauma-informed, effective techniques that are safe and actually work.

No Insurance? No Problem: Coaching isn't covered by insurance, but I keep my rates fair as I’m building up my coaching clients.

  • Each signature program is different in format, but in all of them, you can expect me to ask how your homework/action steps went, to work on a topic important to you through special techniques, and to create action steps you can work on during the week.

  • I specialize in supporting women in their 20s and 30s with high-functioning mental health, relationship and coping needs, though I may be open to working with others.

  • Holding a Bachelor's of Science in Human Development from Brigham Young University, I focused on fostering successful relationships for individuals, couples, and families.

My coursework led me to become a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE), which I apply in my current role. Since 2020, I've been with Healthy Relationships Utah, part of a Utah State University grant, where I teach evidence-based relationship courses to youth in diverse settings like alternative high schools and juvenile justice centers.

Covering topics from self-awareness to intimacy decisions, I've witnessed transformative changes in my students, inspiring me to pursue certification as a life coach through The Life Purpose Institute.

Through rigorous training, I've been mastering over 50 proven coaching techniques aimed at helping you break through barriers to peace and joy. As a Certified Life, Spiritual, and Relationship Coach, I bring over 90 hours of instruction and 140+ hours of coaching experience to guide you towards healing and fulfillment.
